A community-focused creative education and cultural production organisation based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
NLTeach means No Long Teaching. We create practical learning experiences that help people develop ideas, learn real creative skills and turn those skills into tangible work.
Our work brings together creative writing, rap, spoken word, freestyle, music production, creative technology, artist and creative development, and community-based cultural activity. It's grounded in hip-hop and music culture, and it's built for people who want to make things rather than just talk about making them.
NLTeach CIC is a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee. It exists for community benefit — not as a private tuition business, a commercial studio or an artist brand.

Freestyle artist, music producer, recording and mix engineer, workshop facilitator, course designer and community practitioner.
LeeN has more than 20 years of experience across live music, freestyle performance, studio engineering, music production, creative education, youth and community work, workshop development, accredited learning, project management and technical support. That practice is the foundation NLTeach has developed from.
NLTeach CIC is a newly established organisation built on that substantial existing professional, educational and community practice. The company is new; the practice behind it isn't.
